This can be seen also in the example of the flying quail. First the brush strokes form single feathers, then combined, the movement of the wing….. the balance of two wings….. of the flying bird.
In the background we also see the flowers sketched with strokes in colour only, without any outlines all the tension is generated in the colour stroke itself.
